Warranty service is not provided in the following cases:

No valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) or warranty card.

Human‑caused damage (dropping, water ingress, compression, impact, chemical corrosion, etc.).

Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or installation of third‑party equipment.

Use/storage not following the product manual.

Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, abrasions, aging).

Force majeure (earthquake, fire, typhoon, lightning, war, etc.).

Exceeding the warranty period.

Purchase from second‑hand channels.

Lost or damaged serial number / tamper‑evident seal.

Commercial use (e.g., hotels, retail stores, offices).
