Within 1 year from manufacture: If a major functional failure occurs (e.g., screen lines, no display, power failure, startup failure, etc.), we will replace the TV with a brand‑new unit of the same model.
From year 2 to 3 years and 4 months: We will provide free repair parts and complete the repair.
Replaced/repaired unit warranty: The remaining warranty period is the original term minus the time already elapsed.
Discontinued model: You may upgrade to a current model by paying the price difference.
Serial number tracking: Distributors must record serial numbers of both defective and new units; otherwise, the replaced unit loses remaining warranty benefits.
